i think about piracy a lot. i don't really like it, but i would be lying if i said that i didn't partake in the forbidden fruit. Most people who pirate have self justification... as do I.
I've mentioned it before, but i love Final Fantasy. I have played 1,2,4 and I am currently playing 5. fantastic games. i have played all of them on an emulator, pirated games. I want to pay for them, i truly do. but how am i supposed to? do i go to a used game store and buy a used game for a system that i don't even use? That would give Square Enix nothing.
Call me crazy, but i believe that companies should make their stuff more easily available. i would gladly give money to Square. I love Square, and i want them to know that i love them.

My suggestion, specifically for classic gaming. I know so many people who play old gameboy, nes, n64 games. on their PCs. Retro gaming. All of it illegal. copyright still holds and they should technically be paid for. Give us a chance to pay for the awesome games.

to start, yes, i am aware that it has almost been a full year since i posted on this blog, i've been busy.

this past week at Hesston College, where i am currently attending, has been no impact week, based off of our freshman common read, No Impact Man by Collin Beaven. Today was the last of the activities, where we packaged food with Numana and the swipe out hunger project. i worked for an hour and forty five minuets, but it felt like no time at all had passed. i helped fill 10 boxes of food with 36 meals per box, so 360 meals. That is amazing. the food that we packaged is going to Somalia to help feed the starving due to the famine that is currently destroying their nation. The main reason why i decided to post this, is something that someone said while we were working. to give context, we had to way out each meal, to be within 390-392, adding or taking away rice to make them as precise as possible. anyway, the quote is "its amazing how much 5 grains of rice can do." and bam. wow. i thought to myself, what a true statement. 5 grains of rice may not seem like alot, but, in combination with another 5 grains, and another 5 grains, we get more and more grains. if i give 5 grains, and so does everyone else we have a ton of rice, that can feed the poor. if you would like to learn more about the Swipe Out Hunger project by Numana, go to http://swipeouthunger.com/ if your heart so desires, donate. 5 grains of rice can change someones life.

So Hai. this morning another student at my school and i got in an argument over whether or not obama is a Muslim, which of course, he is not. after the class ended we began to debate the way america does it, via facebook. this is our conversation so far.... upon it continuing, i will edit this post

Hey, thats funny, he isnt going to practice muslim religion in front of people, he is not that stupid..... yet. Its all a cover up, it sounds big when i say that..... well.... it is. :( so, how about checking this video out! "I am one of them" was a saying that he descends from Muslims, not that he is one. Again, the video shows Obama being in a Mosque, with several other advisors, [student], Obama is a politician, so yes, he may seem a little slimy, but what politician doesn't. America is NOT at war with Islam, it is at war with terrorists, most of these terrorist claim the Islamic faith. is it not a good idea to know your enemy?
[student], the video i sent to you is author John Green, he is, as you can plainly see, well informed on the ongoings in the political spectra. while making the video, do you think that he didn't look into everything in its entirety? Or do you believe he is in on the huge global conspiracy to destroy Christianity and America?

star trek and rambo

so its been a while since i posted anything. more like since i did anything, and i apologize for that. anyway i've been watching alot of movies as of late, and i thought i would share that with you.
over the last two weeks i have watched all the star trek movies with the original cast, thats 6 movies, and they were funny. some intentionally, some not. my favorite movie was defiantly Star Trek IV: the voyage home. In this movie, the crew of the Enterprise use a stolen Klingon Bird of Prey, go back in time to the 80's, get two humpback whales, and then return to the future. so funny. spock walks around the city of san fransico or diego, i don't remember, but with a white cerimonial robe and a headband to cover his ears. i lol'd every time i saw him. when someone asked what his issue was Kirk said he was part of some movement in the 60's and did too much LDS... meaning LSD... ya see, they don't have those drugs in the future... its funny. another great part was Bones in the hospital. a doc from the future observing our medical practises... redonkulas.
Enough Star Trek then, even though i love it. My friends Dill, Dax, Christian and I have been watching the Rambo movies... They are great. kinda like star trek, that at parts im not sure if it is meant to be funny, but it absolutely is. the first was most def the funniest. the third was great. best part, Rambo loops a rope around a guys neck, pulls a grenade pin attached the guys vest and the pushes him down a hole. the rope snaps his neck and the grenade explodes simalaniously, or however that is spelt.

For the last month or so, i have been taken over by a terrible case of ‘senioritis’. The problem? I'm a junior. and i know what you are thinking, I'm exaggerating… well, let me show you the urban dictionary result for senioritis

noun. A crippling disease that strikes high school seniors. Symptoms include: laziness, an over-excessive wearing of track pants, old athletic shirts, sweatpants, athletic shorts, and sweatshirts. Also features a lack of studying, repeated absences, and a generally dismissive attitude. The only known cure is a phenomenon known as Graduation.

the first set of symptoms will probably never get me, because i hate sweat pants and i have disliked wearing them since i was a small child, also i don’t care for sports attire…. but this part is what scares me… a lack of studying, repeated absences, and a generally dismissive attitude. .. that is me to a T, or however that saying goes. i have stopped caring. and it saddens me, all i do in school is play flash games and or solitaire.

Here’s the main problem, i don’t do anything in 4 of my classes, because i have either taken the AP exam or its a study hall. and that lack of doing things has spread into my other courses of study. any advice? because i need it.

oh shoot oh shoot oh shirt!!! i have two AP test coming... one on friday, in 4 days, and one on monday, in 6 days... i am so terrified, of the APUSH one. i have no fear for the Physics test, i have always found it to be a fairly easy subjuct, but APUSH has wooped my butt all year. right now as i type this i am taking a practice test i found online, and i feel like i know the anwsers...

and of course i didn't do very well, how embarassing... good thing im not graded on it... i really need to study.

so for the next week or two i will be forced to take the PSSA's. they are a series of standardized tests and i do NOT want to take them. im not stressed out about them, i don't hate taking tests... i found the SATs not to be too challengeing, i don't want to miss class time in my AP classes. yes, i am a total nerd, i know that. now, if you don't mind i will criticize the gov't for messing up my education

hey gov't! you suck! all i want to do is be educated, and you are taking away from it. instead of being taught was is important in school, the administration teaches us to be good at YOUR standardized test. and i think that is stupid. i want to learn about light and fluids and the second world war. i don't want to fill in little bubbles and tell you that i know how to take a test. even though, i personally, am a good test taker, there are those who are not good at tests. you ask them a question, like how to calculate the tension on a rope with a pulley and they can explain it with ease. then you put it in test form and they can't do it. these standardized tests only add stress to students lives.

So the third marking period has come to a close and that means the AP Test is not too far away! starting tonight actually my physics teacher is assigning a new webassign homework everynight for review... tonight is the first night and i am already struggling. i mean seriously, kinematics was cakewalk when we first went through it, but now... now i am like "holy frick.... this has to be easier then it looks"... and then it is. i mean seriously.

so far this year i have kicked some buttocks at physics... my year average (so far) is a 96... in AP physics. i wish i could say the same for APUSH (AP US history)... that class is starting to get on my nerves. the subject isn't bad. its the work load. and possibly the teacher, but im not going to get started on that.

There is alot of cool things in this world. Like ninja turtles and pokemon. Yes, I still like pokemon. I am a 17 year old pokemon nerd. And I love it. At the PA regional conferance in December, there was a table full of Asian males all with thier DSes battleing and whatnot. And I am contemplating wheather to go over or not, and a Middle eastern kid comes over and says "I wouldn't go over there if I were you, they'll kick you arse". I was like "Okaaayy". "they're real good at pokemon". I then went over to talk to them.
Our conversation was really short actually, it consited of me admitting to my love of the games and them telling me that "it's not cool when a white kid likes pokemon". I was really offended by that racial term. White kid! Ouch! So I responded causually, in referance to who would play pokemon at my school, "we don't have any Asian kids at my school, we have black, white, and Mexican, the farthest east we have is a pakastienian kid". They all laughed and then begain to ignore me again. So I walked away and was once again confronted by that middle eastern kid. He said to me he said "those kids are good, I had a Zapdos, and they kicked my arse". It was a great experiance

right now I'm playing pokemon diamond, it's a great game, although I'm at a standstill, due to the fact that I have to win a pokemon contest to face the gym leader. And to do that I have to make some kinda poke'block type thing, I can't remember what it's called in this game. But anyway you have to do that to enhance your appeal or something. It's really lame. But once I beat that I'll be free and clear.

My favorite pokemon in all the games in kadabra. I have had him from blue on up and he is always my best pokemon. Right now he's about 7 levels above my starter pokemon. Right now he knows a move called... Psycho cut, it has a power of 70, and it is boss.

so right now its pretty late, about 11:15, and i know for alot of people thats not much, but im tired! Oh My Goodness i want to fall asleep right now. but that Gosh Darn AP US History junk has to get all up in my way from sleeping. Yes, i've know about this project for a while, and Yes, i know that was stupid. but guess what. My name is taylor fritz. and i am a slacker. my motivation is and was on the "Fritz"... its funny because my last name is Fritz... anyway, the only reason i am writing this is because i really don't want to work on my stupid APUSH project. so i will tell you my New Year's Resolutions!!!

1. Get into better physical shape (isn't that everyones?)
2. Pwn some n00bs a tennis this season (cause im a vet(veteran... not veterinarian))
3. Run cross country in the fall (this will help me achieve #1 goal)
4. Grow closer to God (because God rocks)
5. Be nicer to the Sibies (siblings)
6. Be honest with myself. (like calling myself a slacker)

the rubics cube is awesome. it is so hard to beat if you don't know how to, but if you do then it is nothing but a joybringing thingie. thanks to dan brown at i can defeat what was once a giant. after watching his tutorial videos and taking notes on it, i, Taylor Fritz can beat this puzzle. i admit, i still need to look at a index card with the algorithms on it... but i am getting better, faster even. and the feeling when the cube has been pwned... it is a sweet victory. i feel as if i should shout to the sky "i pwned Rubic's unbeatable cube as David in the days of old defeated Goliath!" muhahahaha lulz. good times. so yeah. bye

well. its December. and i don't really know what that means, i mean, yeah christmas is upcoming and whatnot, but the beginning of the month isn't that great. like right now i feel really depressed. not in an emo way or anything, but i feel very little motivation to do anything. i just want to sit around and do nothing. its a bit sad. its taken me about 4 attempts to post a blogpost, and this is what you get. yes you. this is written especially for you. you are wonderful, if you didn't know that already. so how have you been?

okay this is really lame so far.... umm... OH! i got subjectmatter now. while on the ning (nerdfighters.ning.com) (its a social network base program)... anyway i saw a forum post for a collab channel (collaboration channel) (its a youtube channel with multiple folks in it, like fiveawesomeguys and whatnot) that i guess will be starting up in the new year and i plan on making a audition tape. (sound good to you? your input matters you know.) anyway, i'm pretty excited about it, but i have know about it for about a week now and i still haven't gotten around to making the tape/video (whatever you want to call it)

My challenge to you is to motivate me to do stuff. you know, throw imaginary rocks at my head. maybe not rocks, that would hurt. even the imaginary ones are heavy. lol. i crack myself up. i crack my skull open with imaginary rocks. i am retarted.

so hank of the vlogbrothers is releasing anther CD. i am so hype for it. almost as excited as when i bought his "so jokes" cd, from the cathrine, got both papertowns and looking for alaska signed by john, then got the cd signed by hank. one of the best evenings of my life. i have since then purchased 2 other cd's from dftba records and a john green bobble head. i also got a ninja turtles t-shirt (i got a whole bunch of compliments on it today, thanks to all who did so)...

anyway. i just ordered the hanks new cd and the t-shirt that goes with it. i spent $40.50 on it. and this to me as a teenager is a good amount of money. i always seem to pain over the purchases of items of things... but as of late the spending of money, non physical money, is seemingly easy. (i say non physical because i am not handing cash over, its a simple click and then my dad does a few clicks to withdraw money from my bank account) this can be the cause of many things, i do have a job, and i am making money. i am growing in age. i don't know.

here is one thing that i know for certain. the things i buy are things i love. i get t-shirt that says something about me, like a nerdfighter t-shirt. i refuse to buy clothing that doesn't tell a story about me. like hollister. i have and will never enter that establishment. i find the idea of a brand defining who you are to be absolutely redonkulas. i want what i wear on my torso to be true to me. if i wear a coke t-shirt, a black rock t-shirt, a TMNT t-shirt, or a "the office" shirt i want it to define a part of my life. this is all i wanted to say.

hiking

so today is the first of november. and i don't really know what else to say about that. my plan is to just type and see if an actual plot or reason a merges. sofar for nanowrimo i started what seemed to be a great idea, then i realized i was basically writing my life down. and all i could think about was my life and what i've done the last too days (hiking on both). that brings a great topic of interest. i dub this blog post as "HIKING"

as much as i love the indoors and the internet and such, i have a outdoorsy side of me as well. it doesn't come out too often and if you don't really know me you don't know this side of me. unless your reading this and then you know that and it kinda gets rid of that... umm. ANYWAY. my family likes to every once in a while go out and about to different locations and go hiking. most places we found were from when we did "letterboxing" you had to follow clues and such to find a box with an inkpad and book that you would sign in with your specific stamp and then stamp yourown. my favorite place from that is called "theodor A parker natural area", but we'll come back to that later.

again i will go off subject to try and make this story make sense to you, the reader because you may not know me. professional sports don't matter to me. i find watching them on tv to be a waste of time. i don't care if you do it but i don't find it to be that great.

back to the tale:
it was thursday evening, the world series is on the tele, i just got home from work and was putting "Serenity" into the PS2 and i get a phonecall from one of by best friends dill. (as seen in machete man) he tell me to get over to his place right now and such. so i agree and head over. he calls me twice durring the 5 minute drive to his place telling me to pick up the pace. so i get there and they (both dill and dax) just wanted to watch the phillies play the yankees. so whatever, i can talk to these two clowns and half watch this game. so we talk more that we watch and i say that i only have a half day on friday (the next day) and we should hang out. somehow hiking comes up (maybe my idea, im not sure though) and we all think its a great idea. i'm thinking of one place and they are thinking of another, but the descriptions sound extremely similar, especially since they are both in the area of quarryville PA. so the next day after school we meet up at the kings house, our friend christian is also invited, we pile up in the jeep and we begin to drive. of course, im thinking one place and dax is thinking another, but i don't have a dominant personality, and i suck at directions so i basically drive were im told to even though it feels wrong. we ended up making a few wrong turns, but we made it there anyway. it was called (tuquawin, tuckawin, i havn't a clue) trail. it was awesome. we didn't really follow the trail, we followed the creek. crossing almost every time there was a log across. it was alot of fun. especially since i could keep up with dill and dax, two farmkids who are always the superior in the physical area. but i was keeping up, i was even better in a way. that was cool. we didn't have enough time to do all the cliff/hill/moutain rocks we wanted to do because i had to be home at 5 to get ready for work. since we had to cut it short we decided we would go again the next day. we got home no problem.

the next day was saterday and following a late night of work i slept in till about 11:23 am. when i got up ate ate breakfast and bathed and such and i talked to dill about going to my place today, the natural area mentioned in paragraph two. so we plan on leaving at whatever time but that gets pushed back because dill invites his sisters fiance bret and bret was at the time out to eat with his father. so we waited till he was done and we met up to go. we had to take two cars this time because 5 people don't fit too well in a car. so i ended up having to drive again. and the jeep gets like 19 miles to the gal so i wasn't too happy. ANYWAY, we get there and everything is honkeydory. the trail starts off as a easy flat thing with signs about bird migration and abunch of other signs found boring to teenagers. then we get to a sweet rock formation that looked kinda like pride rock. we had to cross the creek to get to it and that meant jumping rock to rock, no sweat. dill, dax and i begin scaling this rock formation and bret and christian kinda walk up around it to get to the top. (as i typed this i found a deer tick on my back, so if i get limes, you know from where) anyway, since i had been there before i was leading and wearing dax's hiking back back. it was rainy the day before and had drizzled all morning and as we were about halfway up i slipped and slid on my belly back about five feet were dill was, there was a bunch of leaves so they slipped out from under me and i rolled onto my back straight down the next 20 ft to the ground. luckily the backpack protected my me from real danger and i only had a scratched up chest and and nice bleeding wrist. i was wearing an orange tiedie shirts so i just wiped it on that and and made it part red as well. luckily bret's belt was broken and he was using an ace bandage for a belt. he cut me a piece and wrapped it around my wrist and that stopped the bleeding. so i was all good to go. i would like to state now if i hadn't already that this was the first real thing we had done that day and i already almost died. sweet deal.

so we trekked on. till we got to the sweet bolder part of the river, where you could jump back and forth and it was fun. at one point bret and dill decided that they were going swimming, right after they said that a photographer popped up... that was weird. he left about 51 seconds later. they then striped to their boxers and got in. i am no fool so i didn't enter the water, it was the end of october, so you know it must be fidged. instead dax, christian and i went up the hill and scaled somerocks and such. it was lots of fun. later, after dill and bret were redressed we continued on. we got a part were a rock kinda judded out at an awkward angle half over another rock and half over water. so to get past it to get to that other rock, dax hung from it and worked his way around it that way, dill followed suit. Me on the other hand, lacking the upper body strength needed, jumped and used the rock to swing me to the place. bret saw a gas can and got it, and in doing so was unable to return to our possition, so he jumped from the other side of the rock to get where we were. christian walked up around a hill thingie to get to us. we continued on till we reached a sign saying that we were entering privet land so we turned back. unfortunately we got back to that spot and hand get back up. dax lead the way and then helped dill and i get up. christian attempted next and failed to grab dax's arm and fell into knee deep water. christian got out of the water and he and bret walked the other side of the creek for a while until a suitable crossing place would be found.

i believe that is all of the major stories from the trip, except for dill amazing dismount the first day. real quick. we were crossing a log. i lead followed by dax. dill was next and about three fourths of the way he slips, catches himself with his hands and pulls himself back on. like a boss.

so during the month of November there is this great writing fest that happens. a large number of folks attempt to each write a novel, in 30 days. quite a difficult task. i think i will give this a go, i'll probably fall and stop after two chapters if i get that far. i challenge everyone to give this a go. its a good way to enhance your writing ability. hows bout i either post when the month has come to a close i will ether post it to this blog or read it in video form... , never mind, i suck at reading aloud. unless i have random footage, (is that the right?) or an animation of the on goings.... that wouldn't be too bad. hmmm.... this shouldnt be too bad aside the fact i don't have a lappy and therefor will be booted of the home compie alot... we do have an old junker in the basement, a 2000, it doesn't go online anymore, so i don't think it'll to too much good. we shall see. and i will inform you when that happens. i need to look into these rules to see how long this thing has to be. cause i don't write alot.

onetime i started writing a book, it was called "Leu of the forest" he was an archer in the days of old. there was wizardry and everything. what a great book idea... i may have to steal that. or i can do a modern story of an outcast. they always sell like hotcakes. do people actually like hotcakes? i don't know if i ever had a 'hotcake', like I've had hot cake, but as one word i don't know. this is getting out of hand. i will have a chat with you later diary. wait, i don't have an diary, O sugarbiskuts! my personal info has leaked into the great unknown known as the internet, i will shut up now.

Hmmm.... When I think about ninjas, I think about some kickarse guys in black suits. Yeah, I love the ninja turtles, but they arnt the same thing. Anyway. When people debate the whole pirate vs. Ninja thing they rather think pirate or ninja. In my opinion, the pro pirate people are fools. Have they ever seen the ninja from askaninja.com ? He tells how ninjas can fit in gum packets and their suits are dyed by the blood from the heart of a dragon. I mean, how the hang could a drunken scurvey ridden seadog be better then a ninja. Fools I tell you. I'm not sorry if you are pro-pirate, but you are estupido.

You know what's redonkulas? Crime shows. Csi Miami and New York are the worst, I'm watching it with my momma, and I just can't believe the crap that they have. Those computers they have are effin super hightech. Like it blows everything I've ever seen out of the water. You know what else is redonk? Those crazy touch screen things that Miami has but new York doesn't, I figure they would have somewhat similar equipt, but nah. I wish I could get a swet touchscreen tabletop with a freaking hologram screen. That's hard core. I hate tv. You know what a great show is? Phineas and Ferb... That show is the perverbial shtuff. And I don't say that often. Every episode is awesome and that's coming from a 17 year old male. But I also still love pokemon so idk. I guess I'm a nerd or something.

Hydration is key

So as everyone ones or should know, drinking water is good for you, 64 oz is the recomended amount to consume. I found that almost impossible to meet. Untill the other day when I took a water bottle into school. I drank my 16.9 oz bottle and then refilled it and drank somemore. So I had two days of somewhat adequate water consumption. I then made a sweet pic of it bottle in MS Paint with my token line from thoses days was hydration is key... Here's that pic...

Anyway... My youthgroup then went on a weekend retreat to refreshing mountain, and I continued to drink the water... Almost nonstop.... In fact on saterday I drank a gallon and a half (give or take a few ounces). Every time I would finish a bottle I would have to refill it, and urinate. I know, too much info, but it's the truth, and if you thought that was TMI, by the end of the afternoon I was pissing what looked like the tap water I was putting in. Hydration is key, to constant urination. One of my freinds had this great quote about my constant consumption, "gotta saturate the organs and such". How great is that, I mean, freaking had me loling (do I need the ing?).

Sorry I havnt done anything in a while, work and school eat up a majority of my freetime. I should be making a video soon, not a torture Taylor, but an else what ya know... um...

DPC EP "expert" review

So what I'm going to try and do here is write a review for Driftless Pony Club's new EP "expert". I have never written a review, so ill do my best job. And of course I'm doing it with the now unhidden goal of gaining viewers and possibly becoming web-famous. So here I begin.

Driftless Pony Club's new EP "expert" is an awesome listing experience. Although I'm not entirely sure on the meaning of the some songs like "bike" or even "legend of archery" I still love listing to it and singing along with them. The song themes are very diverse in theme, ranging from amputation (imaginary blood) to planetary debate (Pluto vs. Neptune). They do a very good job keeping the entertainment coming and my imagination running. It has been my primary source of music since my CD arrived in the mail on Tuesday the 25 of august, 2009. And to my surprise, it was signed by Craig Benzine, the lead singer, known on the Youtubes as wheezywaiter (Check out his youtube channel here http://www.youtube.com/user/wheezywaiter the bands youtube is http://www.youtube.com/user/sambonejr ). And that is one of the great benefits of buying physical CDs from DFTBA records. DPC's CD is available on http://dftba.com/ along with several other excellent CDs, including Hank Green's "So Jokes" and Chameleon Circuit's self titled album.

64 oz challenge

So on august 2nd 2009 I got a sweet app on my iPod touch, called 8. Basically you mark off a glass everytime you drink one, leading up to 8. I got it at 11:35 pm so my time was short. I drank up till 49 oz where I forced myself to stop because I felt like I was gunna chuck. Any way I vowed to complete my challenge and video tape it and post it to YouTube I hope you enjoy watching me suffer. I sure so enjoy it. Anyway I want all of you to leave me comments of crap you want me to do. If you are fermilar with charlieissocoollile of YouTube then you know he has challenge Charlie. Editing softwear

So I got a problem, my video editing softwear doesn't do what I want. I need to be able to speed up clips, but I don't have the ability to do it. Right now I'm useing magix 12 or something, it's alright, but it's missing some shtuff I want, I liked windows movie maker for all the effects (affects?), such as speed up and slow down, but my camera does .mov so it doesn't work. I've tried saving clips in magix as .wmv, then windows movie maker will freeze about 46 secs into editing it and also won't play the audio. What the shell bro? I want some help, at least some sympathy. Comment me please

during the summer of 2008 my two friends and i embarked into an amazing journey into cinema. here is our epic film, the machete man!

the best part is, we didn't have a script, or even a storyline when we started, just a machete and a video camera. we found a tree stand in their woods and then just started filming, no for planning at all. we did reshoot a few of the scenes when we desided that this was a serious film...

we didn't plan these bloopers out, thats actually what we filmed the first time. pretty epic huh?

the whole thing came about when dillon and dalton king invited me to stay over in their "party shack" (an old puppy factory fixed up and moved into the woods). i was a shy nerdy kid with a huge imagination, o wait, i still am, anyway. they had a machete and i was of course playing with it a majority of the night pretending it was a sword and whatnot, me and the guys really got to know each other better that night. we had all kinds of adventures, and im proud to call those guys my best friends still to this day. i've spent the night at their shack 3 or 4 times now and the fun never disapoints me. wanna see some videos of our fun times at the party shack, both from 2008? well here are fun with dill and dax 1 and 2

and dont think i didn't help with the shack ether. i donated both a carpet and a bed and boxspring to that fine establisment, they also got a couch and a lazy boy in that jont, pretty effin awesome, we plan to do some repair work sometime this year, you know, mold and whatnot, give it a fresh paintjob maybe, i don't know

Funny story: last night I was checking out new apps at like 11:30 when I found on about drinking 8 glasses or water a day so I got it for the fun of it. I then relized that I had like 25 mins or so to complete the task of drinking 64 oz of water, so I ran down the stairs and found a cup
Marked with 7oz. (I would have to drink 9+ 1/7 of these cups). So the challenge began. I'm not gunna lie, I felt sick after 3 but I treked on, my siblings watching. After the 7th one I had to quit, I honestly felt like I was gunna chuck. So I called it quits at 49 oz. MAybe one day I'll complete the task of 64 oz of water in one sitting, but for now I'm not gunna try

hallelujah! after a two week vaycay i'm feeling good.
the first week i was at my grandparents' lake house up north on scranton PA, and just south of some NY town, so it was pretty chill. i had so much fun, we played volleyball and swam and did all kinds of awesome. i found out that one of the owners of dicks sporting goods also has a cabin on that lake. cool! it was lots and lots of fun!

so hey everyonebody. i just wanted to say whats up. whats up? anyway so a week or two ago i was in geometry class and my bro told me to go online and watch "dr horrible's sing along blog". i was okay, what ever. i'll get around to it. well it took me like a week to finally watch it and holy crap its amazing! i think i've watched it 3 or 4 times. absolutely hilarious.

i had actually heard of it earlier in one of hanks videos in late '08, but i had no clue what was happening in the video he made. anyway its a boss so you should watch it. i have it embeded below.

today is a sad day for me. yeah its a saterday, but it has been made a sad one by my geometry teacher. as you could have guessed by the title of this blog, i have gotten a detention. this is the first one i have every received, and i feel terrible. but i will now explain the how and the why and all that crap

so yeah, as the school year comes to a close, we had a final review packet to work on for about a month, i among a majority of my classmates waited till the last moment to work on it. i myself did not copy someones paper, but i allowed mine to be copied off of.

so the other day my teacher goes to the front of the room and tells my class that she has been working her tail off trying to prevent academic dishonesty this year. she said that while she was checking this review packet she found several with shockingly similar answers. she stopped grading part way through because she wanted to tell us this. she then asked for those who had cheated to talk to her after class or school. of course i assumed that I wouldn't get caught, I had not copied off anyone. well i was wrong

today she handed out the packets and said, if you don't get yours back, talk to me after class. well i was one of those poor people. we all stood around her and she talked about how disappointed she was. most people tried to weasel their way out by saying that they "worked together" with people and they "got help". i just said "i allowed someone to look at my packet." she dismissed everyone and asked for a note explaining their situations by the end of the day. she handed me a detention sheet and told me to fill it out, saying who i let my paper to. so i wrote the following

"one day in ap euro [student X] requested to see my review packet. i handed it to him and allowed him to veiw it."

she then said she was gunna have to call my parents, i said go ahead. i said i'll talk to them first so call in the evening.

she still hasn't called and its 9:30pm. i don't know why but maybe she isn't going to call, i don't know. but my parents were not to mad. just disappointed. i hadn't cheated, just helped someone else todo so. this is my tale. isn't it great?

so yeah. on tuesday i have a 3:15, of a "teacher detention". its depressing.
